I must admit that while I was eager to test out the cutting-edge electronics and security products from Firstrend, my encounter with their web store has been disappointing. The business promises to be "forward-thinking," but their website felt dated and was challenging to use. I had trouble navigating the checkout process and finding the products I was searching for. In addition, the goods I got fell short of the caliber I had anticipated based on Firstrend's marketing. The cutting-edge security camera did not work as well as I had anticipated, and the surveillance DVR kit I bought had some technical problems. Even worse, when I tried to contact customer support for help, I received unhelpful responses and a lack of understanding for my frustrations. Overall, I wouldn't advise anyone to shop at Firstrend's website. The unimpressive website, unimpressive offerings, and subpar customer support all contribute to a bad overall experience.
