This team has been excellent at making suggestions for our product line as well as helping in coming up with new features for our restaurant customers. There is very little I would say dislike about this service, they have done great work for us! It would be nice if some of their ideas were made into functional code instead of just suggestion or idea brainstorming stage. The main issues we see are related to restaurant client adoption/retention with implementing mobile ordering. I like that it provides such a great resource for companies who want to understand consumer behavior. It's easy to get into their products and services and see how they're performing in different markets. The customer support is fantastic. They are always willing to help you out with any questions or concerns you might have. There are quite a few different tools for tracking your site performance. We've found that Spoonshot has been able to bring more traffic to our sites than we thought possible.
