The reporting functions are very powerful and allow you to run any report you need. There is nothing that I don't like about their product. They offer great customer service when you have questions or feel stuck for how to solve something. If you're looking for a good system with tons of customization then look no further. You will most likely find what you need within their software suite. This program was designed to be able to do so much to help streamline our operations. We have been able to utilize everything included in this package (which is quite substantial). Not only has this helped us run and manage our business but also helps our bookkeeper organize her time as well. I like that you can use it on the computer and on the phone. I also like that you can use it on both a desktop and phone. The price can be a little high for some. I would recommend that they lower the price. It is a great program that is easy to use and it is nice to be able to use it on the computer and on the phone. I am able to take my orders and input them into the system and then I can go to the store and input them into the system.
