Review on Service Maintenance Software by Troy Rotermund

The ability for me as owner/operator, or manager in general can see what work needs done when it comes time that I need my car serviced by another business who does not use this software! This makes scheduling much easier since we have all information right at our fingertips instead having paper records everywhere which are easily lost / misplaced etc.. If they could add more options such as adding parts (i think every other system has part tracking) then i would be very happy with their product!! Great tool if used correctly. We now schedule everything from oil changes down through repairs rather than just taking chances like before using old fashioned methods where things were often missed because paperwork was never kept up-to date nor always available during busy times - so many problems solved here. !
