To begin, there was a delay in the delivery, which was really aggravating. But when they finally arrived, I was dismayed to see that some of the items were not in the best shape. This was one of the things that led to my disappointment. The bread had been compressed, and the pastries had lost some of their freshness. To make matters even worse, when I went to call customer care to voice my issues, I had a difficult time receiving a response. This made the situation much more frustrating. When I did finally hear back from them, they were unhelpful and didn't appear to care about my experience in the least. Bakeology's devotion to employing high-quality ingredients in their products is admirable, but the company's shipping method and customer support have a long way to go before reaching the level of excellence it deserves. I don't think I'll be placing another order with them until such time as these concerns are resolved.
