Review on 🌟 Celestron 51635 StarPointer Pro Finderscope: Black, A Precision Tool for Stellar Navigation by Tim Burns

Good viewfinder and excellent LED level control. The on/off button has a nice, distinctive click that extends battery life by preventing accidental activation. I particularly like that it comes with a range of bracket types so you can plug it into your OTA without having to hunt for an adapter. I'm only giving it two stars because of the flimsy plastic mount. When I first assembled it, the screws that press the viewfinder into its mount immediately ripped the plastic off and I had to go to the hardware store to get longer screws and nylock nuts to get it working. As an engineer, the idea of driving a small screw into a piece of plastic less than 1/4 inch thick makes no sense and is bound to fail.
