The stickers they use leave a sticky residue
The labels they put on the pads advising not to use harsh detergents are difficult to remove and leave a sticky residue that only comes with can be removed with harsh cleaning agents! If it weren't for this stupid move by the manufacturer, I would have given it a 5. It took me forever to remove the glue and residual label after peeling it off. I install probably a hundred handrails a year and this is the worst product I have ever used. First and last time with this product.
