In fact, I have no opportunity to exchange. Update: The shoes are cool and cute. However, I bought them too big for my dog and after trying to return them, Revain charged me $6 for shipping. At first I thought it was the seller because of my negative review. However, I appreciate the excellent customer service the seller provided in response to the issue. They refunded my money and explained the situation. I will definitely buy here again. the right size this time 😊 thank you for doing everything right.
