Review on 🥄 Square Spoon Penta Angel Measuring Spoon Set - 6 Pcs Stainless Steel by Steven Lesperance

I love the slim spoons that fit in spice jars! However, I have learned that not all shovels are created equal. I literally mean boys. If you look at my photos you will see that this set of spoons is (so to speak) mostly the same as my previous set of skinny spoons, however there was a discrepancy in both the 1/4 teaspoon and tablespoon sizes. . Of course, at first I thought "Which spoon is the right one?” So I tested the tablespoons from both sets and the tablespoon from the round set. Conclusion: none of them held exactly 15 ml, as expected! The longer thin spoon (from the set I already had - can't remember the brand) only held 13ml of water but was the most accurate. The new thin spoon (from the Penta Angel Set) only held 11ml, while my round spoon only held 10ml. For me this is an amazing discovery as cooking is a big part of my life. Since tablespoons seem to be the least accurate, I now think maybe I should use three teaspoons when one tablespoon is needed. In any case, these Penta Angel spoons have a very good construction and finish - they are very smooth and comfortable to hold. I can't deduct too much for the wrong tablespoon as that seems to be the norm. Now I'm trying to figure out where to get the exact tablespoon.
