Review on TORCHSTAR Ultra Thin Recessed Dimmable Downlight: Industrial Electrical Lighting Component for Efficient Illumination by Robert Rasmussen

These lamps offer excellent light output and colour. I didn't give them 5 stars for only one reason and that could be due to the dimmer I use. When I turn off the light, they glow dimly and flicker. This may not be due to the lamps themselves, but to their interaction with the dimmer. I've also installed larger 4" LED lights and they don't light up or flicker when I turn them off with the same dimmer. I will have to do a little searching to solve this problem.
