Now Micro is extremely helpful and responsive
The Now Micro team is very responsive and helpful. They're able to help solve a variety of issues that we were having with our Azure cloud environment. They also have a great support team. They have been able to help us on many occasions and are very responsive. I would recommend Now Micro to any organization looking for Azure cloud support. We've been able to use Now Micro to troubleshoot an issue with our Azure cloud environment. We also were able to use their expertise to implement new features in our Azure cloud environment.
Pros
- Great customer service, they always respond quickly when you need them! Their staff really knows what it takes get things done at Microsoft's scale.They know how important your problem could be if not dealt properly..I like working wth this vendor because all my questions or concerns can easily addressed by his/her knowledgeable technical experts
