This is a very good deal, a programming cable for the same price as other radios only for sale. The only problem is that it doesn't come with software and instructions on how to get it. Save yourself the search and go to anytone.net and you will find version 2.0 in the download area. Googling will never take you to this page and will take you to other older versions that don't work. However, the software turned out to be almost more difficult to program than just doing it manually. The manual isn't great but there are some great YouTube videos that shed some light on this radio and how easy it is to use. It looks very intimidating at first but after watching an 8 minute video I am amazed at how easy this radio is to use. So far the radio is working great. There are enough themes that show the capability of this radio and the sound quality as well as the build quality is top notch. I've noticed that the radio gets warm, but not too hot to touch yet. I would recommend connecting it directly to the battery as it draws some current. All in all this is a great dual band radio for the money.
