Doesn’t work good for me

Christmas Day and Hoverboard kept beeping loudly at us. We tried charging overnight Xmas eve, still didn’t work. Apparently it just won’t charge or won’t hold the charge? We followed every possible charging instruction. Returning to buy a better one for the kiddo.
