Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice and research, I have realized that the Energy Suspension sway bar upgrade kit for my car is a waste of money. While it does slightly reduce body roll, it also creates a harsh and uncomfortable ride .The installation process is tedious and time-consuming, making it not worth the effort for such minimal gains..
