Great for refining smoked pork knuckles
I like them better than the store bake bags as they're half the price. The pouch is thicker than Reynolds oven pouch. I ran out of PanSaver bags and had to buy 16" x 17.5" bags at my local grocery store. Many pinholes appeared in them, which led to a fire in the furnace. Now I buy them here like I used to buy them from SYSCO.
