Not as good as I had hoped.
They are very small. The plate is about 2/3 the standard size, is not a rectangle and wobbles in a groove. The black thing is an o-ring which I thought was hard plastic in the pictures. The O-ring is a gasket, not a lock washer or retainer. There is no compression. And it pulls the strings apart. Good idea, bad physics. They are too heavy to send back.
