They were great when I first bought them. I don't want to entirely blame the litter box, but litter finds its way into every crevice and crevice of the box. Every time I move the crate, dirt spurts out of the slots, leaving a mess. I've tried different types of litter but cats put the litter on top of the box and despite the slits, they STILL follow the litter to make it fall back into the box. The litter also sticks to the bottom and sides of the box when they go to the bathroom and is difficult to remove. Unfortunately, due to the way it's designed, it almost seems to blow out the stink of their store. It's not the worst box I've ever used, but it could use some upgrades.
