The product looks good and corresponds to the picture. Cheaply made - the box doesn't even fit the top lid snugly. When my cat uses it and throws the litter away, it spills out the sides as they are not connected. Every time he uses this tray I have to constantly sweep up the mess. Wouldn't buy again.

Everything I've read said it seals well but I just ripped it off the wall to change it after using it for over a week in it, and found a heap of urine and dirt oozing from cracks. Didn't expect that. I want to blame my cats AND the product…. so I can't be too mad...but beware

I bought two of these because I got tired of litter being thrown away and lugging around when my cats have used and left their litter box. My cats have never had a top entry litter box, nor have they had one. They just sat in the tray until I pulled them out. I had to remove the door so I bought it. So if your cat has never been to the top, I would think twice. Also, it's a cute litter box and when your cat comes out of the top, it makes sure the litter stays in the litter box.

I'm sorry but this litter box is terrible. Good idea, but needs improvement. The litter box is a hassle to clean and we are very shallow. Cat litter is everywhere: on the floor, under the tray, and around the crate. Please don't waste your money on this. It's also overpriced for what you get. If the litter hadn't been checked/used I would have sent it back. If you want a lot, stick to big, carpeted boxes. They work very well and keep the clutter inside for very easy cleaning.

I like the bowl because it is odor proof and has a top outlet for washing cat paws. There is always trash under the drawer because I have a cat who throws trash. Sometimes urine leaks out of the box onto the floor or into the holes the walls are attached to when my other cat pees. Also with urine in the holes and then cat litter thrown in, it becomes concrete and very difficult to clean. This box is good but needs a higher tray. I buy flexible plastic to solve both of these problems.

They were great when I first bought them. I don't want to entirely blame the litter box, but litter finds its way into every crevice and crevice of the box. Every time I move the crate, dirt spurts out of the slots, leaving a mess. I bought this litter box because I liked the idea that they could be in the front but then have to pop out at the top. It didn't take long for my cats to figure it out.
