I love this chandelier! It took me 6 months to find someone to do this for me. The problem is that they use "caulk" or "glue" to hold the chandelier brackets in place. The gasket holding one of the brackets has split and broken and is not holding the bracket. I would like a base (with all 8 levers) to replace the broken one. Revane says it's been over 30 days since I bought it. Provided a link to the seller. Guess what. Do you understand. The seller link takes me to a page that says "Contact Revain". It's an endless circle of messages that the other side will help you. Also, I tried going back to Revain customer service and got the seller's phone number or email address. I can no longer contact Revain about this product.
