This is one of the most beautiful chandeliers I have ever seen. It was packed with the utmost care. I can't say enough, it's very beautiful and romantic. (now renovated in bedroom). I also bought sconces and 4 chandeliers for my master bathroom. Fabulous!

The chandelier itself is a good thing, but for one it's so difficult to put together, it has so many separate parts it was crazy and a complex one like this comes with a DVD but mine did not work. . I had to show youtube and not all videos for assembly. If I had known that, I would never have ordered.

It is a beautiful chandelier, but the assembly is a kind of project, it was a good team building exercise for my wife and I! But I like the end result and the price doesn't bite. We were missing a crystal but I emailed and they responded and sent a replacement immediately. Very happy with this quality purchase.

Defective product! It doesn't even light up! Found it after installing. They said they would refund my money if I sent the product back, but they refused to cover my labor costs. So not only do I have to return the defective product, I am losing money to install it and am now sending it back. Couldn't even get a partial refund! Don't buy this. Support did not help.

Okay this is a bit tricky, obviously there is no indication of hot or neutral wiring and yes I highly recommend that you buy a voltmeter reader (I have an Ames Bought a clamp meter). Twist caps to connect all the wires just aren't big enough, I bought a size up but I found the wires with an L and no N on the wire are very hard to see.

Absolutely beautiful! The price is unbeatable. It took my son and I a few hours to assemble and hang them up, but assembly was very easy! I actually had to run to Home Depot to buy the thing, which means it's not an American code, I think the guy at Home Depot said it looked European. You will definitely not be disappointed with this purchase. Everyone who sees him is amazed. To be honest the photos don't do it justice.

I love this chandelier! It took me 6 months to find someone to do this for me. The problem is that they use "caulk" or "glue" to hold the chandelier brackets in place. The gasket holding one of the brackets has split and broken and is not holding the bracket. I would like a base (with all 8 levers) to replace the broken one. This chandelier is fantastic. Glass for cognac. Yes, real glass crystal. not acyl. When the sun shines in the late afternoon, the whole room is filled with reflections like a mirror ball. The crystals even break the light into the primary colors on the wall. Great value and great find. But. It's a puzzle and a challenge, but well worth the effort.
