Review on Baking Sheet Cooling Rack Roasting by Kim Knowles
The pan is aluminum and the stand is stainless steel
This would be a great product for me because it has a roasting stand and a nice rim on the pan. It also feels very solid, but what I didn't realize when I bought it is that the pan is aluminum, which I didn't want. Stainless steel grate which is great but not a pan. So for me I have to send it back. Otherwise it looks great and is stable.
