Easy to use, stable, quiet, can be gentle but powerful. The torque does not jerk the tool. I didn't use the flex tool. I've used a router attachment that has a few problems: A set screw tightening and locking the height adjustment causes the basket to be crooked and the unit not vertical or level with your work surface. This disadvantage also causes the basket to lose its shape as you slide across the work surface. I couldn't rely on good measurements to set my straight rails because all sides were different. There is only one good viewing hole in the basket to see the drill while it is in use. There is a smaller hole on the opposite side, useless to see what you are working on. I like the size and idea of this nozzle but I would have preferred a well made metal nozzle.
