I have received the product and started the setup. At first I had trouble getting the "Captcha" code and I realized it was the problem with the username - there can't be spaces. I tried the setup process again with a username with no spaces and got a verification code. Now the "Register" button on the screen will not become active after entering the verification code. Received a reply to my email for starting in China. I received a response to my query to Ediag Tools (Revain seller) regarding the lack of a verification code, but the response did not specify the format of the device username. I found this out by noticing a red X next to the form field with my name in it. After failing to register the device I realized it might not be for me and I am returning it. Considering the cost of this tool, it should be pretty easy and reliable, at least take it out of the box and set it up. I even searched the standard conventions for a 'Read' button but couldn't find any.
