The pads are a bit hard and flat, not like the picture. You have no curve
This product is on the large side, my son is 7 years old and super skinny so he looks like a superhero wearing it under his tank top. It probably isn't suitable for baseball because all the extra padding isn't needed, but I think it would be fine for soccer or hockey.
