Worked great with my A6000 for 2 hour time lapse. Set up time lapse to capture footage of a private event where I needed footage of guests entering the staged entrance of AT&T Stadium. I didn't want to do over 7000 shutter releases on one of my good cameras, so I used my old A6000. I set it up with a tripod and dummy battery in an a6000 with a RAVPower 26800mAh PD battery (there are 2 of these to power my MacBook Pros). I let it run for 2 hours and it hardly affected the performance of the Ravpower battery. Fits the battery compartment very snugly, and the battery compartment is difficult to close, but it fits. Make sure the cable is routed through the groove in the battery cover.
