The item appears to have been mislabeled. Supplier's label does not match Tandy's label.
Wrong product returned. I ordered a brown thread (1220-02). Received a black thread (1220-01). The transparent outer shell showed the number 1220-02. But in the Tandy case was 1220-01 Black. The item was returned via Kohl. I reordered the brown thread 1220-02. Update: Backorder item received. Same issue as the original order.
