I am very disappointed! I've had Peluza dandruff for 20 years and it's been giving me problems recently. 20 years is a good run for a product! So I found this one that now says "Pelouze by Rubbermaid". The one I received is not like the picture. This is a black dial with a red product label over the dial numbers. Color doesn't matter. Most importantly, the new scale does exactly the same thing as my 20 year old broken scale that forced me to replace it! First, he has trouble resetting to "0". After weighing the boxes, it sometimes falls 2 to 5 pounds over or under "0". Annoying to have to keep checking to see if it goes back to '0'. The most annoying problem, however, is that sometimes several pounds bounce off the actual weight when you push down on the weight lock lever. So I have to put the scale on the table, lift the heavy boxes onto the scale and crouch to see the weight before pushing the lever down to make sure what I see and what it ends up being , has one and the same weight. Therefore, I do not overestimate or underestimate the cost of shipping packages sent to customers. I wish I had never bought this scale! It was a waste of money! This is NOT the same quality as the Pelouze scales of the past!
