With MINGOR, I experienced a negative shopping experience. Although their website is simple to use and they have a large selection of things, the quality of the items I received was poor. On the website, the kitchen and bathroom fixtures I ordered appeared classy and fashionable, but in person, they were shoddy and of low quality. The DIY equipment I bought were similarly subpar and underwhelmed during my tasks. In addition, when I had inquiries concerning my order, I found the customer service to be unresponsive and useless. It took me several tries to get through to someone, and when I did, they were unable to address my problems in a way that was suitable to me. Overall, my interaction with MINGOR left me unsatisfied. It's difficult for me to suggest this online store to others because of the subpar quality of the goods and the unsatisfactory customer support.
