Spout is placed awkwardly
This product seems like a good idea. But you can’t actually put as much water in it as you’d think because the spout is sort of turned downward. So it overflows if it even boils one tiny bit. Because of this, and my love for chai masala, there were burned bits underneath that I could not for the life of me get clean. Basically unreturnable and useless. I do like the filter- that was a nice addition.

- Not easy to clean as it’s very tiny and delicate
