Review on Level 5 Technology Group LLC by Stephen Parkell

I liked that they were flexible with our needs - we had some features in place but also wanted to expand upon them, so it was great how adaptable their team turned out to be! We're working through some issues currently, which has caused us delays, however when things do go well (and they have) you don't really notice because everything just works as intended. The initial implementation went smoothly without any surprises or problems. It's definitely worth looking into if your current provider isn't meeting all of your expectations. They are very knowledgeable about what can make an application more user friendly for employees, while still being secure. A seamless integration between systems makes life easier for everyone involved. So far nothing specific stands out negatively from my experience though. There might be many factors such as project size etc., but overall this software does exactly what its purpose intends-it allows greater ease of communication within departments by allowing people.
