Ok, very simple scenario. Suppose you need to apply some kind of thread blocker to a thread with limited memory. How do you apply straight from the bottle when the space constraint is right above the strands? yes you can not You have to disassemble the bottle and use another tool. If for some inexplicable reason the volume needs to be more than half air (this stuff air dries right? Then why let more air fill the container?) then design the bottle better. Is it really that difficult? No, it really isn't.
