Well it's big. The problems I had was that when initially heated, the base heats up unevenly and bends. The whole pot of about 5 gallons of liquid began to "dance" on the stove. I had to poke some knives under the bottom edges to reduce play. As soon as everything warmed up, the curvature became minimal. The worm pot is leaking. Cooling water ran all over the closet. You will have to look for additional rubber washers for sealing. The temperature sensor has a very short sensor. Unless you have 8 gallons of liquid, the sensor will never get into the liquid. I would like to see a 6" or 8" gauge to get the actual liquid temperature.
