I've been sipping breast augmentation since my junior year of high school. Now I'm 32 and things have only gotten worse and less attractive haha. But about 7 months ago the muscles near the lower part of the spine were so sore every morning that I literally burst into tears until about 3 hours crying, stretching and walking with all my might. Now I have two kids and my pain scale is pretty high. So it was very painful, but I always found an excuse or was literally too busy to talk to anyone about it. Every single morning for 7 months, excruciating pain and 1 to 10 with 1 being the lowest, I was at 12 every morning. I remember from college or something that bad posture can cause LOTS of back problems. Most of your wood. I'm not joking. I wore it once for 20 minutes. Went to bed that night and woke up with absolutely no pain, no pain at all! Now I've used it again for ten minutes before bed. I also know my posture will not be corrected and it will take time, but the fact that it has helped my lower back so much is beyond me! I highly recommend this, believe me I've spent my money on several with no luck.
