Great product especially if you are starting to lift weights after all this quarantine period. I know my posture is terrible and wanted something that would protect me in the gym. I feel a lot of support in this guy. I wish the parts under my arm didn't rub so much but other than that it's a great product. I'll wear it over my shirt, not underneath.

This product is very comfortable to wear as it is made with velcro and elastic band and can be worn with some types of clothing. I work mostly at my desk and my back hurts every day. This product really works. I've tried a figure eight posture corrector and it just doesn't work. The extra strap and long back keep you upright while the straps pull your shoulders back.
