Temperature: I originally bought this for my husband to keep his lunch and drinks cold in the office. Reading some of the reviews I was afraid it wouldn't be cold enough, but the fridge we were given is very cold (even colder than our regular fridge). It gets so cold that sometimes ice forms inside the fridge. It never got to the point where our drinks would freeze, even with the fridge plugged in for a few weeks. However, the ice will melt when we unplug it, and water may drip during transportation. We haven't tried the heating function yet. Portability: My husband moves between two offices, so the refrigerator's portability (handle, light weight) is very convenient. I just wish there was a way to lock the fridge so the door doesn't open easily and spill the entire contents when you're carrying a full fridge. Size: Fridge fits exactly 6 cans of soda. The reason I emphasize this is that the precise fit prevents you from easily grabbing and removing a can when it's full of all 6 cans, especially from the bottom shelf. That's not a problem, but an extra inch in height or width can improve the situation. This also allows you to fit in a regular 500ml Poland Spring bottle (with the shelf removed), but the current size is slightly smaller. Instead, we opted for 8-ounce bottles of Poland Spring (which are about the same size as a regular soda can). The 250ml Redbull Glass will not fit on the bottom shelf when the shelf is attached, but it can be placed on the top shelf. I also found the picture in the product description a bit misleading. When 6 jars are filled, the shelf on the door prevents the door from closing completely (as shown in the image I uploaded). Noise: Some reviewers have complained about the sound, but honestly I don't think a fan is any louder than a fan. Laptop/Computer Fan. My husband works in a quiet office and says you can't even hear the noise. Quality: I bought a second one to use on the go as it comes with a car cord. Unfortunately I don't think the quality of the second one is as good as the first one. There are black spots on the chrome "handle" and the logo label looks a bit smudged. All in all, despite some minor flaws, I think it was a great purchase and I highly recommend it. We wanted a mini fridge that would keep our drinks and food cold and would do the job perfectly. My husband works in public health and a colleague who thinks this is a great way to promote safe food storage immediately went online to buy one. UPDATE 14 months later: The fridge was on all the time and getting strong while still keeping the drinks nice and cool!
