Our 9 month old cockatiel loves this mix! Our vet recommended it because it doesn't contain oily sunflower seeds. I love the variety of seeds, grains, fruits and nuts in this mix and so does our bird! The food is still fresh about two months after opening. I'm not happy that the price dropped after I ordered it π. In any case, I highly recommend it.
