Sorry, my carrier didn't accept my phone. I went to Metro, T-Mobile, Sprint, Cricket etc to unlock it. None of these carriers have been able to unlock it as the IMEI still needs to be improved. The fine I received is not unlocked, it is locked for promotional purposes only. It's a great phone though, unfortunately I couldn't use it normally. --- 09/19/21 The seller understood the situation very well, we tried to fix bugs, but unfortunately he cooperated with T-Mobile, but I would buy more phones from this seller if they cooperated with my swag . I gave the seller a 5 star rating for their customer service.
