Review on PAUDIN Classic Santoku Knife Stainless by Ricky Long

I love to cook and I have great respect for all my tools. I use them a lot and expect them to last a long time. This knife is a great addition to my kitchen utensils. As noted, this is not real Damascus steel, just laser engraved to make it appear so. This is still a very high quality steel that is really sharp and can be sharpened to a razor blade very easily. Quality and workmanship are first class and in terms of functionality on par with knives that cost three to four times as much. I really like this one, I bought another one from this series and will probably buy more. I use mine regularly and it holds its edge very well and rarely needs to be resharpened from time to time, usually with my sharpener. Overall this is a great knife for the money. It's beautiful, extremely functional, holds the edge well and should last for many years. It's hard to go wrong with this product. I might even buy a few as gifts for my culinary friends.
