Review on 🚲 Osprey Seral 7 Lumbar Bike Hydration Pack - Claret Red, Size One by Sheppard Priest

The "belt " of money that slides further below your waist.

I will not buy again and will not recommend. Thought the transition from backpack style to fanny pack would go well with cycling. NO. The fit is terrible, it feels like a big bubble right above the galley. When filling with water and basic equipment, you have to lean forward to fix it so that it doesn't fall to the ground. After putting it on, it has to be pulled very tight so that it doesn't hang too low. It also makes it difficult to mount a mountain bike when hitting the front of the saddle. If you sit, everything is fine, although uncomfortable. Worse with every sip as the bubble gets smaller, you have to stop to reorient the packaging. Otherwise it just escapes your imagination. It definitely needs the support of a shoulder strap to keep it from falling off your waist. If I hadn't used it I would return it. Big no!

Pros
  • Dedicated hydration pocket stores the included 1.5L lumbar reservoir and pack for stable transport, while a hose magnet attaches to the bite valve for easy access while riding.
Cons
  • Clarity
