Update: Immediate customer service and issue resolution. Improved rating from 3 to 5 stars. I bought them from another brand/seller and they were at least twice the size and fit my laptop very well, but I wanted a smaller size for my phone. I placed it on my iPhone and pressed to make sure it stayed in place. Later, when I started moving it around, I noticed that its position was moving away from the camera. Must have been because I threw it in my purse on business. I corrected it and it stayed in place because I left my phone on the table and didn't touch it. I went over to pull the lid off to see if it would stay in place and sure enough it slid right off. Even if I do it very carefully, it still comes off. It's not worth it if it doesn't stay. I put one on my iPad, which always stays on my desk, and it stayed in place since I don't always use the iPad's camera. I put one on my home desktop and gifted the rest to my family.
