I love that you get two styles of paring knives and that there is a hole in the handle so you can hang them up if you like. The STAINLESS STEEL blades are good, as are the black and gray ones. Nice plastic GUARDS clasps that we didn't have on our old one and they were clogged. The price is fair for the combo. The GRIP is made for BIG hands. I have an average hand size for my height (6'1/2") and it feels big in my hand, but I don't mind that. Like a baseball bat or a golf club, you can always add stability and contact The handle still seems pretty ergonomic, they look good and we have a lot of black and silver appliances (like fridge, stove, coffee maker, coffee grinder etc) so a match can't hurt either.Only for Fuji so far -Used apple but it destroyed it with no problem and made nice clean slices.
