Disintegrates when pressed on flesh.
Definitely not what I was hoping for. I've been using ¼ lb for years and it's great. I bought this for more burgers. When pressing on the flesh with the tip, as the hand moves in a clockwise bend, it falls apart. If it were solid it would be great.
