If you only put on the mask enough to keep water out, the silicone will hurt your nose, and after 1 hour of wearing the mask you will have dents on the bridge of your nose and under both your eyes. The view is great, you have to get used to breathing with this mask so that you don't hyperventilate. I used it in freestyle swimming and had to take the mask off my face at the end of each lap for the first week because I was dying of lack of oxygen. After 3 weeks of use I can swim 1000 meters with it and feel good. The bag is disappointing, all seams are plain stitched and the hem was NOT wrapped initially, needless to say it is falling apart despite being handled with care. . I carry it to my car to go to the recovery center and then carry it back to my car to get home. I've used it 15 times so far.
