Review on Jen Manufacturing Inc Poly Brush by Cindy Epps

Years ago I discovered Jens sponge brush. The foam is long lasting, rarely breaks (other brands failed very quickly) which means they are great for applying the finish to my woodworking projects. I recently finished one with an oil based polymer as the top coat; Foam brushes ensure an even application and make the process more precise. Between coats I put one in a sandwich plastic bag to keep it from drying out and the brushes to last longer. I will also use them to apply gel paint to the wood before applying the color block - just a 'cleaner' process if you dip the brush into the jar.
