This is a quick way to give your jewelry a nice matte finish. 4 stars because this brand doesn't seem to last as long as some of the others I've bought but none of them last. I can polish 2 earrings and they will disappear. Going through multiple grains can add a few bucks to a pair of earrings! They're pretty messy when they go bad, but I understand that's just the nature of this type of buff. They are good for smaller metal cleaning jobs. , but I usually prefer to use a full size buff. They break down so quickly that it becomes very expensive to do a lot of cleaning work. I will probably continue to buy these in the future as I have not found a bench grinder like this.
