Review on 🚴 Lixada Aluminum MTB Bike Brake Levers Set - Universal Front & Rear Levers for Mountain Cycling by Clint Mcloven

I bought brown/grey, black/silver and black/black levers. First, they are essentially clones of TRP RRL brake levers, except the levers are obviously not drilled. The black/checkered variant doesn't look like these units, so I can't comment on them. Brown-grey version, the gray is actually sky bluer than the TRP grey. There was some confusion about the color of the plastic case, which is why we ended up with a combination of brown and blue. The base aluminum arms on all rigs feel chipped/scratched in places, and the anodizing doesn't make for a nice smooth finish either. Despite the cosmetic issues, this is a great item. The hoods and levers have the same superb ergonomic shape as the TRP RRL. It's hard to get a good brake lever for less than $20. Get state-of-the-art ergonomic brake levers for less than $10? Wow! You probably wouldn't want that for an indoor bike, but it's more than enough to get some riding done. Get them while you can. I suspect once the inventory of 'bad' parts is gone they will either stop being sold or will be sold at a much higher price. Let's hope I'm wrong as this is great value for money and I'd happily buy more sets later in the future. 1 star just for coming. At that price I wasn't even sure I was going to get brake levers. They were even shipped in a reasonable amount of time (taking into account shipping from China). 3 stars - for intended work. They are simply attached to the road steering wheel. Cables can be threaded. The return spring is good and strong. You pull the cable and stop the bike perfectly. 4 stars - for the price. It's a bargain, even considering the cosmetic issues.
