I have 12ft x 5ft. Meat Block Tabletop. These are top chefs. I slice, chop, dice +++ on this top. I keep it clean, but it loses beauty - signs of wear are visible in some places. To lighten it up I used Howard Butcher Block Conditioner and Oil. It made a noticeable difference.
