
A contentious flash drive, its read speed is satisfactory at more than 100 MB/s, but its write speed is disappointing at 10 MB/s, and it is considerably slower for files that are less than 1 MB in size. You can construct a multi-boot flash drive by storing images of Windows, Linux, and apps on it. This type of drive would be useful for storing a photo archive and would presumably also work for an emulator. It can't be used in the same way as a typical flash drive; you can't slap stuff on it in a hurry, and writing to it is a hassle. However, thirty gigabytes of films were captured in just one hour. Only reading can be done at speeds of 3.0 or above; writing speeds are significantly slower than those of 2.0 flash devices.
