I just bought a new bike and needed a bottle cage. I didn't want to spend a fortune but I wanted one of the new style cages. This cage is perfect. It looks great and I can slide my polar water bottle in and out with my small bike frame too. This cage is made of plastic. I can see this could break, but for now it's a good fix. This cage comes with screws and an Allen key. I just used the bolts that were already on my frame and my own wrench. It also comes with a water bottle which seems to be good. This is a decent low entry bottle cage.
