I ordered a FIO remote but instead received a remote that said FRONTIER, not FIOS. All buttons looked the same as on my FIOS remote so I kept them. But when I tried to program it I managed to get everything working EXCEPT the volume which no matter what I do refuses to control the set top box and controls the volume poorly through the TV - it stays in the medium volume range. Trying to turn the volume down from the mid-range just turns it off and it doesn't even go to a louder volume. Unfortunately I waited over 30 days before attempting to program this, so I guess I'm stuck with this.
